Radio Dacha rating continues to go up

The results of the most recent measurements have shown that Radio Dacha is rapidly increasing its popularity among Russian listeners. According to TNS Russia, in April-September 2012 Radio Dacha rating has grown by 11% compared to the previous period. Therefore, the number of listeners has grown by 325 ths people. The rating growth per year reached 23%. 817 ths more people have begun listening to Radio Dacha if compared to the last year's figures.

This helped the radio station jump one line up in the ratings of the country’s most popular radio stations. Thus, Radio Dacha comes in 9th in terms of the daily reach and 7th in terms of the AQH share. To date, Radio Dacha listenership constitutes 3 mln 671 ths people daily and 10 mln people weekly.

The success of Radio Dacha can also be attributed to the fact that in 2008 they introduced the system of 100% local broadcasting. The system facilitates local-time broadcasting in every city and substantial adaptation of broadcasting to the audience of every given city. Federal advertising blocks are also broadcast in every Russian region at local time. To date, 12 broadcast cities are operating based on the system. This includes Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Novokuznetsk, Cheliabinsk, Ekaterinburg, Izhevsk, Samara, Nizhniy Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don. Starting in April-September 2012 the national audience of the radio station has been calculated by time intervals according to the local broadcasting system.
